Healthy choices -day 1

This is what I had for breakfast:
1 pepper sliced
1/4 eggplant cubed
Olive oil
TeaspoonSesame oil
Three garlic cloves
1/2 Onion Minced
Rice wrap 3-4 sheets (softened in hot water)
Pepper
Salt
Do you sauté all the vegetables please put oil in the pan to sauté it don’t kill the vegetables. As they’re cooking collect some hot water in a pot and dip the rice wraps until they are medium soft. Lay the wet wraps on a clean towel and fill them up wrap it up and then feel free to slightly toast them in the pan. I normally have these with soy sauce but I’m trying to stay low on salt therefore I just had them without anything.
Almond milk
A banana and a half
Chocolate flavored vegan protein powder
 lots of ice
Please all in a ninja blender or a regular blender until frothy

Juicing everything and the kitchen sink- ginger, Celery, pear, apples, green grapes, purple grapes, Swiss chard,Spinach, cucumber #juicinglife #juiceforlife #immunityboost #covid #jucingveggies

Some healthy foods I've been making....

I am obsessed with zucchini. I grill zucchini, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and eat it for dinner.
I made 'mashed potatoes' with boiled yam and steamed cauliflower and placed them in the Cuisinart.

My Shift in Food Thought......Soup to the rescue!

The soup craze began when I started to get a little sick, was again addicted to coffee or fearing the dreaded "coffee headache" and was not able to wear my favorite ring. I realized then I needed to start taking care of myself more. I've always been more instinctual when trying to figure out what is right for my health. You will never catch me memorizing, and following to the letter someone else's idea of how to be healthy. I think ultimately it's trust thing. I do not trust others more than myself in terms of what is good for ME.

Have to know how to fight

Do you know how to fight? If you care about your relationships dare to practice fighting.  It does not really matter what you fight over.......
