I have been dying to get sushi.....yesterday I finally got my Nori I ordered through Amazon.com...sounds odd, but living in an apartment in the middle of DC, it's not easy to find nori at cheap prices.
I used scrambled eggs, avocado, lettuce, carrots, yam....
...here is a yam egg maki roll ready to roll....

Keeping Nora away was hard...I had to keep giving her one from my stash.
I packed away some for lunch the next day....
